Exercise Prevents Colds
Exercise can help prevent colds during the winter, according to the American College of Sports Medicine. Studies show that a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise at moderate intensity for most days of the week can lead to a 25-to-50 percent decrease in illness.
"This reduction in illness far exceeds anything a drug or pill can offer," said David C. Nieman of the ACSM. "All is takes is a pair of walking shoes to help prevent becoming one of the thousands predicted to suffer from the common cold this winter."

It is amazing how some people get sick every year and are down n out for a week or two..I have not been sick in 2 years, just a minor sniffle or something maybe once a year.
