In the Swim: Five Tips From Phelps

Michael Phelps, who won eight gold medals in the 2008 Olympics but was suspended earlier this year after being photographed with a bong, has won the men's 200-meter freestyle at the USA Swimming National Championships. Clocking in at 1:44.23, this is the sport's fastest time thus far of 2009, Swimming World magazine reports. Dave Walters came in second at 1:44:95, and Ryan Lochte came in third at 1:45.73.
