Boulder, Colorado-based Team Garmin-Slipstream announced its 2009 Tour de France roster today. Returning to lead the team is American Christian Vande Velde, who finished fifth last year. He will be joined on the Anglo-centric squad by rising American sprint star Tyler Farrar, fellow Americans Danny Pate and David Zabriskie, Brits David Millar and Bradley Wiggins, New Zealander Julian Dean, Canadian Ryder Hesjedal, and Ireland's Dan Martin.
