The Wall Street Journal just ran a story questioning the motive behind kayakers who run 100-plus foot waterfalls. The story features kayaking pioneer Ben Stookesberry, who has a clean line down Idaho's 65-foot Mesa Falls in the article, and Eric Jackson, the founder of Jackson Kayaks. It addresses the recent trend of kayakers running increasingly large waterfalls.
