The Tour de France, which starts July 4 in Monaco, will have a new test to screen for banned substances among riders, Reuters reports. The French Anti-Doping Agency has not revealed which drug can now be detected nor the method of detection. The International Cycling Union will continue to allow for retroactive testing.
