Lost Boy Saved by TV Show
A lost nine-year-old Utah boy credited the Discovery Channel's Man Vs. Wild for helping him survive the night alone in the Ashley National Forest near the Wyoming/Utah border. The boy, Grayson Wynne, left tatters of his jacket and granola bar wrappers to mark his path for rescuers. "The thing that he recognized from the show, regardless of the circumstances you're in, you are capable of surviving," his father, Kynan, told the AP. Read Ouside's interview with Man Vs. Wild host Bear Grylls here.
