Going Skiboing?

Tired of the division between skiers and snowboarders? Ready for inter-mountain peace? Ever wish there was just one word that encapsulated both skiing and snowboarding? Well maybe there is, you just haven't created it yet. As reported in the Denver Post, yesterday was the kickoff to a contest for coining the best one-word term for carving down a snowy mountain on any form of skis or board. The contest is sponsored by Ski Utah, Winter at Westminster, and The Addictionary. Entries are due by March 4th, at which time the winner will receive a ski trip to Utah. A prize will also be given to the best new general word that has anything to do with the skiing and snowboarding world. And please think just a little before entering "snowriding" (which has already been nominated at least four times). Can you say "powlunking" (i.e. the hobby or practice of exploring powder).
